some one blocks my internet access in my hostel

someone in my hostel blocks internet of people and gets all the bandwidth himself
what to do guys ?? 🙁 it is too annoying 🙁
how can i block his net ? any idea how to hack his pc ang block his net ?

i am not the admin of the network 🙁 i am in university hostel 🙁 it sucks i have no acess to router 🙁

You can't do anything. This is a matter that you need to discuss with whoever admins the network/router.
