Question Some part of keyboard randomly stops sending input ?

It's been a week since my keyboard just randomly stop sending input to my pc, I don't know whats triggering it as sometimes it happens in the middle of me typing or it just stops working barely a minute after logging in to desktop. This started to happen after I installed razer synapse for my new mouse. Have since uninstalled it, but it still happens.

None of the alphabet keys work, but alt-tabbing and Fn keys still work without problem. I have no idea whats causing this, This is a normal keyboard without product software, I already uninstalled the drivers from device manager but issue still persists.

The only workaround fix is by rebooting my PC (replugging or switching usb port doesn't fix it).

My systems specs are:
Ryzen 3 3300x
GTX 1660 SUPER
G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600
Asrock B450 Steel Legend
Keyboard (Standard USB Keyboard - Manufacture locally) Mouse (Razer Deathadder)
Windows 10 Pro

Do you have another PC you can try it on (eg a friend's PC) to see if the problem follows the device ?
