some pictures wont open

Hi everyone. Some pictures on websites wont open and there is only a X in a
small box. What settings have I got wrong?

Several settings could be related to the problem, take a look at this KB article:

Pictures Are Not Displayed on Web Sites in Internet Explorer

In addition, clear cookies, temporary Internet files and History from Internet Explorer, Tools menu, Internet Options.
