Some programs files on dif. hd= permission problems!

I have very little room on my ssd, so i installed a few programs to a folder called program files on one of my 7200rmp hd's. Last night and the week before that, everything was fine. When i booted up today, i can't access the programs that are in that folder as it says you need permission to access that folder/ access denied. I have checked countless times, i am an administrator, i have full control with the ability to modify, etc. I just have NO clue what to do. I even downloaded the take control registry insertion and manually 'took ownership' of something i already had ownership to to no avail. All the other folders are fine on that hd, just not the one that i need to access....

Please help me.

well it appears this problem is spreading...Now another folder on my other hd is also locking up when i try to update something. It still says i don't have administrative rights to move files in that folder or delete them. Now i can't delete them off of the program file list in the control panel
