Some programs take GDI Generic graphics card?

So I've got this new laptop and some programs run the wrong graphics card, its called a GDI Generic graphics card, I cant really find any solution to fix this problem, I hope someone here can help me. The actual driver it should read is "AMD Radeon HD 7670M". Also I use Windows 8.

games like my league of legends just uses my Radeon HD 7670M but a game like minecraft uses my GDI Generic.
(I'm not sure if my league of legends uses my radeon but it keeps on 60 fps all times so I'm guessing it is)

have you updated to the latest drivers of AMD?

yeah I do actually my cataclyst finds my radeon but my opengl checker finds the gdi generic

check the bios if the AMD gpu is properly selected instead of the integrated graphics

how do I check that?

you'll see the bios when you boot or start-up, just look into it because it will only flash for a few seconds, you will need to press any of the F1,F2,F3 and so on buttonn to access it. just dont do anything or change anything, just look at it and when you see the part about the graphics, tell me what you see

Are you sure its the same with windows8? i cant seem to get in there, maybe my laptop boots to fast?

my minecraft gives me an opengl error, it cant find my opengl whilst my radeon is on version 6 and the generic graphic card is on 1.1

okay i know how to get in the BIOS now, but where can i find what is selected?

try to look in the graphics settings, search every section of the bios but don't change anything
