Some questions about 7

1. Can 32bit Windows 7 still run more than 2GB properly?
2. Which edition is it that can run on 3 computers per key?
3. Do I setup Windows 7 the same as XP (installation, setup, drivers etc.)

1. Yes, 32bit can handle up to around 4 GBs of ram
2. i believe it is the family pack
3. win 7 is much easier to install then xp. just put in the disc and follow the on screen prompts. most drivers should be installed automatically

3. So I put the disk in and reboot from disk and follow the reformat as before?

Windows 7 / 64 will actually see around 3.5 gb of RAM - but unless you are running a CPU that doesnt support a 64 bit OS then it makes sense to buy the 64 bit version.

pretty much. the family pack is an upgrade version of windows 7, so you'll need an exisiting genuine install of windows on your computer
