4: ga-b75-HD3 or ga-b75-D3H

what power supply wattage i will need
what is the different between those 2 ram and Motherboards .
will the processor case a bottel neck ? (any bandwidth numbers ?)
any advice on Motherboard picking ?

A good 500W PSU would be perfect.

The difference between the RAM is the voltage. Go with the G.Skill kit.

No, it won't.

The GA-B75M-HD3 only has one PCIe slot, so you cannot add another graphics card later for Crossfire. That's the main difference. So, if you never plan on Crossfiring, just get whichever mobo is cheaper.

1. The size of the motherboard. From smallest to largest, it's Mini-ITX, Micro ATX, and ATX. ATX tends to have the most features, though they may not be necessary for you.

2. Go with the Seasonic ECO 500W, in my opinion.
