Question Some questions about the monitor that I am buying.

I am buying an OLED monitor : 4K, 138hz, DP1.4, HDMI2.1
Here is the specs for supported resolutions and refresh rates at 4K:

Questions:

- Through the DP, At (4K, 120hz) DSC is inactive, but at (4K, 138hz) it is active. correct ?

- Through the HDMI there is no DSC at any resolution/refresh rate. since DSC is for DP only. correct ?

- With DSC being active through the DP at (4K, 138hz), Some Nvidia control panel features wont be available, like DLDSR, DSR, G-sync, HDR and etc ? any other limitations ?

- With DSC being inactive through the DP at (4K, 120hz), I get all of the Nvidia control panel options, G-sync and HDR ? is there something I do not get ?

- Through the HDMI port, at any resolution or refresh rate supported by the monitor, I get all of the Nvidia control panel options, G-sync and HDR ? is there something I do not get ?

- The monitor is G-Sync compatible(Nvidia certified) ... Do I get G-Sync through both DP and HDMI ?

No, it's only supported on DP as far as I know.

HDR will work through either DP or HDMI.

As for your other questions, others may have more of an answer on it than I do.

Which exact monitor is it? Make and model.
