Some questions about upgrading my computer case

I have had my computer for over 2 years but it seems to still fit my needs fine but I hate my case. My current case is the NXZT Phantom red which is way too big and the red looks terrible with my blue setup. So my question is how difficult would it be to transfer my parts into the new case (I bought it custom from a friend so I don't have experience building a pc ). And do you have any case recommendations? I am looking for a black case that is simple and that is really good at cooling (no water cooling). Thank you!

Well just to swap the components to another case if you don't want to destory anything and take your time it should take you an hour or so. I would recommend watching some "How to Build a PC" Videos on youtube first so you know what you are doing. Most of the steps are not really complicated.

In terms of case suggestions you should say what your budget is. But something standard like a Fractal Design Define R5 case would be a good choise. It you want to go even smaller you should first take a look at your mainboard if it is an ATX, mATX or ITX because smaller cases support only smaller mainboards.

or the corsair 450D... I got that one an is quite pleased with it... though it doesnt offer much "sound proofing"... When I changed from my ancient antec 900, i guess it took me 1-2 hours to do the swap... and I have dabbled with computers a bit...

As long as there is no custom water cooling im guessing 3-4hours if you are inexperienced...
