Some questions about upgrading...

Will I keep my old files? I have a lot of videos and stuff...

Will I keep sites I've bookmarked/Favorited on Google Chrome?

Will I lose the pro versions of programs? Programs like AVG, Photoshop and Sony Vegas?

Which files gets deleted? (If there are any)

If there are no problems during the upgrade you keep all the files and settings (yes the chrome bookmarks etc aswell). It's a good practice to make backups of everything you need though, I'm not sure about Chrome but in Firefox you can export all your bookmarks to a file for backup. I'd expect Chrome to have a similar feature.
