1) Are there any other components which I need to purchase, and will I need thermal paste?
2) Will I be able to overclock the CPU to 4-4.5 GHz and perhaps the GPU with this build/motherboard easily?
3) Can I be sure that the computer won't overheat if its on for about 6-10 hours a day?
4) Are all these parts compatible, and will they work together and fit inside the case?
5) Are there any changes you suggest I should make to the board? (Explain Why)
6) Is the Power Supply and the CPU fans/case fans sufficient if I overclock?
7) Which of the Cooling Fans is the best for this build? Also, they all seem to be massive, will they fit in my case

Thanks! Expert answers only please.

1: No and Thermalright Chillfactor III
2: Yes, if you want to be on the safe side, get the Asus Sabertooth
3: So long as you route the cables properly, keep it well ventilated (not under a desk) and have all the case fans going then it will be fine
4: Some of those coolers may impede on the RAM sticks, if you want a slimmer choice, look at the Prolimatech Armageddon
5: See above for over clocking reasons
6: The PSU is Antec, so it's fine; Corsair AX series are another good brand
7: Like I said, check out the Prolimatech Armageddon, I use it in my 902 case and it keeps my 4GHz 1st gen I5 stable at ~55C

Your concern seems to be temperature stability. Use Prime 95 to determine what temperatures your computer will be stable at once it's built. Once you've done that, and it's stable, then you've got nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the reply. I looked at a top 10 list for intel CPU coolers, and this is the number 2 which also comes with thermal paste: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608020

will that help, or will that be over the top and a bit of a waste of money?

Thank you.

The Prolimatech fan you mentioned isn't compatible with LGA 1155 :C The CoolerMaster I'll look into , but it seems strange thats its like 60$ cheaper but better?
