Some RAM problems

Hey guys. I have a few questions about RAM and CPU.
So i'm currently playing alot of H1Z1 which eats alot of RAM so my 6 GB is obviously not enough.
I get around 80 fps in some situations and sometimes in combat i goes down to 10-20.
Memory usage is at around 95% while playing, http://i.imgur.com/8iDvsgi.png

My specs are:
Intel Core i7 930 @ 2.80GHz
Corsair 6,00GB (3Kit) DDR3 1600MHz/CL7/XMS3-12800 Triple Channel
ASRock X58 Extreme3
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (ASUStek Computer Inc)
1863GB Hitachi HDS722020ALA330 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)

Yesterday i tried to set the RAM MHz to 800 from 535 (which was auto) but it ended causing bluescreen while playing. However, 669MHz worked tho, Why?

I thought about buying new RAM and been looking at. "Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) / 1600MHz / DDR3 / CL10 / CML16GX3M2A1600C10" - Can i buy any DDR3 with 1600MHz and it will work with my current ones? Or can i buy others with higher MHz and it will work even better? Or do i have have to replace the old ones?

I've also been thinking about overclocking the CPU but i've never done it before. But it can't be that hard aslong as the temp stays under a certain temprature? Any tips? Clocking to 3,2 or more should be no problems?

I appreciate all the help i can get! Thanks in advance.

You said you were looking at a set of 2x8GB --- X58 technically doesn't support 8GB sticks, (some have claimed to get 8GB sticks to run, but it will depend on the mobo and how much time they put into the BIOS), and it's a completely different model than any of those in the link I provided

I dont even see the different between the one i mention and the ones in ur link? ;o
