Question some restarting problem

from freezing my pc not always come back correctly.
I have a newest mptherboard on a newest installation
some suggestion

PSU: make, model, wattage?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor: any error codes, warnings, or informational events being captured just before or at the time of the freezes?
