I can't change the application install settings, because it's greyed out. I can only install apps that are from the windows store. I have already tried allowing telemetry but that didn't work. I have anniversary update. How can I get rid of this massage?

choose command prompt {admin}
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, DISM cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

I have a hunch SFC will find corrupt files, I helped someone with a similar problem earlier today

I can't install anything that isn't from Windows Store. But it's not about the apps you know, I just want to be in full control of my computer (as it should be).
