ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
That's what Google Chrome tell's me after i try to access some sites (Outlook, Kinguin.net/it, Mediaworld.it, ovh.it ecc.)

The first thing i've done was search on the internet for a solution, and they told me to change DNS with google ones or freedns... It didn't work

Later i discovered that this problem was extended to my whoooole network, all phones, all operative systems and all browsers can't connect at the same sites that i mentioned before.

At this point i thought ''Well, it's a problem of the modem or router'' (yes i have a modem-router combo) so i resetted them using the buttons on the back... This also didn't have any effect

The only way i can connect to those sites it's to use a Proxy, but it's not a secure method (also you can't play BF1 with a proxy, because yes, also Ea services won't work) and i pay for the internet connection, so i want my problem solved, because it's not my PC fault

So i logged on the control panel of the router (See Screenshots) and tried to manually reset from there, disable SecureDNS and other types of settings that i thought were related with my problem

After a lot of time spent on the panel (Without any success) i decided to call my provider, and that happened at least 2 times, and they always said that the problem would be solved in the next 5 working days, well, that didn't happen all the times...
One day they sent me a new Router, because they thought that it was a router failure, it didn't resolve ANYTHING

Things i tried to do Phisically:
Swap cables from Wall to Modem and Modem to router

I'm here to ask you guys Help, i tried everything, this is my last chance to at least diagnose the problem, or i will be costricted to let my lawyer write a letter to my provider, because i pay for my internet and they can't resolve the problems

I'll leave some screenshots that i think will help people that knows more than me

Solution

The only thing you can control is your connection to the ISP modem. Past that it goes to their network. Since this works using a proxy, which changes how the data gets to you, it's something in the connection to the ISP.

So there is no way i can resolve this by myself?
