some thing doesn't make sense with rendering it's so annoying

Hi i made an intro for my videos the intro was made at high quality 1080p i also made a 720 for games that render at 720 and also made 30-&-60 pfs to match the Raw videos of the game i recorded to. But what is so Annoying is when i match the intro to the raw gaming video on the time line and render it.... it comes out looking all pixelated....But if i render the raw video file on it's own it look fine. Also i forgot to mention i'm using the Roxio Game cap HD Pro

Basically i'm losing quality when i add an Intro to my videos when i use The Same as Original render setting. The Intro is matching the same quality as the main video.. i have to use AVC Better Quality but when i use this option it takes the original 60 fps video and turns it into a 30 fps instead.
