For the past week i've been laggin in games, twitch streams, web surfing basically what i can tell is that my connection almost seems to drop for about 1-4 seconds or lags on all devices in the house all all connected thru ethernet and also devices on WiFi. Has anyone dealt with this before? or have any idea whats going on, also can provide some logs or whatever let me know

Since you are running on wired it is likely a issue with your ISP.

So to start open a CMD window and leave a continuous ping run to your router ip. You should see no packet loss or huge delays when the problem occurs. This is to be very sure it is not your router before you call the ISP.

You could just call the ISP but the next step is to run tracert to some common IP like 8.8.8.8 You want to repeat the CMD window ping this time ping the second ip you see in the trace. You can open multiple cmd windows and ping any of the ip in the trace at the same time if you like.

What you want to show is you have no loss or delay to your router but there is loss or delay in the second hop. This represents the connection from your house...

What you want to show is you have no loss or delay to your router but there is loss or delay in the second hop. This represents the connection from your house to the ISP. It generally indicates there is some issue with the wiring generally close to your house but only the ISP can tell for sure.

If you get unlucky and you see no issues to hop 1 and hop2 in the trace it means the problem is inside your ISP network or another ISP network and those are extremely hard to get fixed.
