Some Upgrades For My pc

hello this is my systems information :
cpu : amd fx-8350
board : msi 970a-g43
ram : 2x4 gig gskill 1600 ddr3
ps : 600 watt
vga : msi 7950 (which is broken )
and also have asus full hd monitor
and have ssd and hdd
sadly my vga have been broken ! (vgas ram chipsetes melt down ! ) and i wanna upgrade my vga !
so if i buy a 1070 ore 1060 its good ? my cpu can handle it ? (should i buy 1060 ore 1070 ? i dont wanna spend too much and i wanna play games for 2-3 years) (my motherboard dosent support pcie 3 and ddr4 rams)

I wouldn't go higher than a 1060 6gb or 580. For 60 fps your cpu still does an ok job but its really showing age now, even the G4560 outperforms it. I think any higher gpu is not worth it with your monitor resolution and cpu.

I expect your cpu to become more and more of the problem over the next 2-3 years. I'd get the 1060 6gb and save up for a cpu platform upgrade.
