Some USB Devices stop working after log on

Hello, recently (since switching cases) i have noticed to my irritation that about 30 seconds to a minute after logging on my wired mouse, X360 controller, sound card and usb keyboard stops working, (not my wired one though). I have rolled back drivers, uninstalled them, reinstalled them, changed power management options in device manager and advanced power settings, switched ports around and unplugged various things and tried alone to isolate any cause but cannot seem to find one, anyone have any ideas on possible solutions or causes to this issue? Ill add it is not every time, normally after a few shutdowns and restarts everything works fine, its just frustrating... Thank you in advance

using Razer Deathadder 2013 and Steelseries Apex

Did you reinstall the chipset drivers or which drivers where you reinstalling/rolling back?

Try booting into safemode and see if the devices work.

Everything works fine in safemode, must be a driver issue i guess..
I used the update driver button in properties to reinstall drivers, I have updated chipset now and will report back whether it works..
EDIT
It worked for a couple of days and now it doesnt again... Have reinstalled drivers once more but to no avail.
