Question Some usb ports disconnects and reconnects

My motherboard has got a problem with usb ports. Only one usb port is working only. Other usb ports frequently disconnects and reconnects.
The working usb port is marked blue in the image attached. The front panel usb also have the same issue. My pc specs-

MSI H81M-P33
Pentium dual core 3.2 Ghz
RAM- 4GB DDR3
HDD- 500 gb 7200rpm SATA
I use no external graphics card.

Anyone expert please help.

Ideally you need to list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Include the age of your PSU and the version for your OS(assuming you're on Windows 10).

Also, have you tried reinstalling your chipset drivers? See if you've got any BIOS updates pending for your motherboard.

RAM- 4GB DDR3
HDD- 500 gb 7200rpm SATA
GPU: no external gpu. Only intel hd 4000 graphics.
Chasis: Golden field D212
PSU: Super power 500 W-P4 (a cheap psu)
First I thought it might be a problem with psu. So I bought a new psu (mentioned above). But still the problem persist.
OS: I tried both windows 10 and windows 8.1. Same problem on both. The problem persists even in non windows environment like bios, linux live usb.
Just only one usb port works. And all other ports frequently disconnects.
