Some usb ports turn off after waking from sleep

Hi I have a problem with my pc where after waking from sleep some of the ports don't seem to work. I have two USB ports on the front which always work. My keyboard and wireless mouse's adaptor is plugged into the back ports which work after waking from sleep, but my headset, which is also plugged into the back, doesn't seem to work but for some reason the LED lights (not for indication purposes but to light up the logo of the headset) is turned on. The problem is only fixed after restarting.

I have tried unchecking 'Allow this device to go to sleep' for all USB Root Hubs and also disabling USB Selective Suspending setting in the power options but these haven't helped.

Yesterday when it woke from sleep the problem happened again and for some reason USB Selective Suspending had re enabled itself.

Can you list your system specs? Kinda feels like there are 2 possibilities here: either your chipset drivers need updating, or your BIOS needs updating. Lets start with system specs first before proceeding any further though.

MB: MS-7519
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 @ 2.66GHz
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
RAM: 8Gb
