Some websites take forever to load

Some websites takes long time (approx 1 minute) to load for example: 9gag.com. Other sites like google or youtube loads normally. Ping to sites that i have problem to load is normal (<300).

Additional info:
I've got 2 different wi-fi. On 1st - i have this problem. On 2nd - i don't have that problem.
From google chrome console when i try to load website with this problem:
GET (website) net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH

It's kinda fixed my problem. The problem returned after 1 minute after clearing my cache

So, i usually move between 2 locations. Hotel during monday-thrustday and house during friday-sunday. So, at hotel i can access any web-site easily. At home - some sites load a little bit or won't load at all.
