Question Some weird sys failure

Well,i just turned on my pc and wanted to run opera, a window popped up sayin run as administrator,i clicked on it and next thing you know pc screen went gray color with pink and green lines along bunch of gray color,and i couldn't like give not even a single command to pc,had to restart it and it booted up nice and well without failure(It only took a bit longer to skip past welcome screen,which is kinda weird becase i got ssd even tho its Kingston A400 126Gb it still should boot faster than it did)
Im not really sure what an issue might be,any help is welcome(Its old rigbtw i5 2400 8gb rx470 4gb sapphire msi b75ma-e33)

Meh i just freshly reinstalled sys like 5 days ago but anyways i figured what the problem was...Turns out 1 hdmi port died on my RX470 died lol,that was an issue
