[SOLVED] Some weird textures keep coming up on certain apps?

So I had a program called iobit something driver booster and today I uninstalled it and now this texture glitch is popping up for example on logitech g hub:

+ I installed SSD and HDD like few months ago and before that I could easily but then I didnt wipe the drives before the installation and just plugged in new ones and now it says everytime that It couldn't reset this pc no changes were made... Cant get in bios as well for some reason.

use ddu, remove gpu drivers, then install new
it just texture filtering, nothing drastic
