Question Some Window popping up

I have a problém with my Phone after some updates. I dont why and even after android reinstallation.
It says "Poskytuje normálne spätná nabíjanie a prenos údajov" its in Slovak language im sorry but u can still translate it i will get here a screenshot when i get back home.

"Poskytuje normálne spätná nabíjanie a prenos údajov"

Translation:
"Provides normal recharging and data transfer"

It happened like yesterday evening and pops up at random at any time. I reinstalled the android, deleted everything, took out the SIM card. Nothing helps.

So i connected the phone to my computed and allowed to transfer data and it stopped showing up, but right after i disconnected it the window popped up again. And connected without allowed transfer of data still gets that window to pop up.

No idea on that one, but I would suggest you ask your carrier, since they allowed the update to go through.
