some windows stuff not working

i cant open the date and time on the task bar and i cant search for anything on the search bar also i cannot open the windows store anyone know how to fix this.
(My windows is activated and is 100% legal)

You can try tweaking.com windows repair, if that does not do it, it sounds like you may need to reinstall windows.
