If they got into your router and changed the settings, reset it to default and change user/password/security key, and turn off WPS.

If (the more likely case), a neighbor cranked up a new wireless router near you that interferes with your signal so your wireless no longer works well, then download inSSIDer for free from HERE, install on your wireless computer and determine what channel you can switch to for a better signal. If you are in a high congestion area like an apartment you may need to consider going to 5GHz.
