[SOLVED] Someone Has Acces To My Computer Remotely !

I believe someone in my network has access to my computer remotely , I live in a shared house with others , with evidence of apps and files opening on their own and weird activity while i'm browsing the net I have searched the web and youtube for solutions but didn't find anything with a fix ,I installed wireshark and other apps like it with no avail, I turned off remote desktop and it didn't work , I installed malwarebites but didn't find anything , anti virus is always active, if anyone knows away to help please share ,

Clean reinstall windows

Enable a firewall on your local machine. Even windows firewall on a "paranoid" setting.
