Someone have GX701GX + BIOS 308?

After Asus service upgrade to BIOS 308 the side lights are not glowing, the LED's display colors but not glowing.

Someone with the same model and same BIOS 308 can check it for me please?

before I send the laptop again to Asus service, if its bucase the BIOS I will rollback to BIOS 307.

Did you check the BIOS for RGB settings you can adjust ?

Did you install the latest drivers and RGB software from ASUS as well?

Yes i tried few times it's not because the drivers
And I searched in the BIOS for RGB settings but nothing there

All what i know is that after i send the laptop to Asus service they upgrade the BIOS to 308 and since then the lights are not glowing

did you try to set the RGB lightning in the tool "armory crate" to pulse or other glowing features yet?

Yes 24/7
but I tried without charger as well

I tried to to turn on the side lights in armory crate, basically they are working and they can change the colors
but not glowing (same as in the picture)

I also have a lens tool that pulls out air, I thought maybe there was dust causing it

but no, it's happening in both sides so I'm only sure it was after they upgrade to me the BIOS to 308

Did you test the different AURA effects in Armory Crate as well? Like strobing, breathing and others in Aura sync options?

Maybe they replaced the keyboard as well and didn´t install the LEDs correctly at the side or damaged it while doing so.

I would reset windows and reinstall all drivers from ASUS again.
If this doesn´t help, send it back to ASUS.

Yes I tried

and they only upgrade the BIOS, it's still my keyboard

I have to send to them again in 2 days, they told me that it's can be from the keyboard

but it's started only after they upgrade the BIOS

yes installed + lightning service
running in services both


I did 4 times reset + fresh windows 10 reset from USB
but I have backup of the old eDrivers folder.

I will try now again to format and install the drivers, but from the website only

the order sould be the order of AsInsWiz right?

yes I formatted now and installed drivers first
and then armory crate service + rog live pack
and then the tool

vents lights working anyway before I installed and after, but still not glowing
I believe only downgrade BIOS back to 307 can help

or i just wait more 2 days, I will send them the laptop
