Hey can someone help me with airflow inside my pc, here is a link to the case.
http://www.coolermaster.com/service/support/model/RC-69...

I will use the elft and right side fans, i may only have space for one fan on the bottom due to the large PSU (i have rotated the psu). But i will modify if necessary

Here is a pic of my case.

Also i was thinking about getting some cheap Arctic Cooling F12 fans, they seem pretty good.

Any advise is welcome, will rep.

I believe you can put one at the bottom coming in and use your front fan, I would probably see if you can move your front fan up by the hard drives and put in a static pressure fan there and replace your other fans with air flow style fans. I would look at the Corsair AP/SP series and also take a look at Noctuas fans, having 2 GPUs I would definitely go higher quality fans. You can also get Silverstones fans filters if you would like your case to be more dust proof.

Static Pressure fans work better with obstructions such as hard drives or a radiator and the flow covers more area and can move more air with obstructions. Air Flow fans send the air in straight line and usually move more air than a static pressure fan with no obstructions, but if there are obstructions the fan actually moves less air than a static pressure fan. Sorry this isn't the best explanation you can find more information on fan manufacturer websites or googling the various fan types.
