Someone Help, Performance is Terrible all of sudden

Bought a computer with fairly decent specs where i could run Skyrim at 45-50fps at high graphics. now i can barely run it medium. it never goes above 32 fps and drops to as low as 20 fps most of the time. i have no Graphic mods installed just the base game (This problem persits for all my other games aswell)

If anyone has any tips or suggestions then please tell me them

That dual core CPU is probably the reason you're getting low FPS.
Why did you buy this build now, with that old AMD CPU?
Your GPU performs close to GT 630, which is kind of weak if you ask me, but that is most likely not the problem.
I think if you went with a G4400 or G3320 if you bought this build a year ago, you would get better FPS on Skyrim, I think.
