Someone help with this build?

Solution
I would make the same suggestions as Isokolon but I would also recommend to get a dual channel ram kit (not sepparate 8gb sticks as they may not work together even if they are the same model). Forget about the gtx 750 ti and look at an RX 460 4gb or a gtx 1050 or gtx 1050 ti. Newer architecture better performance.
Here is a an updated build:

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor (£92.91 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: ASRock H170A-X1/3.1 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (£84.99 @ Scan.co.uk)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (£67.99 @ Novatech)
Storage: Kingston HyperX Fury 240GB...
- get another PSU. that one is pretty much junk. a CXM450 will do. Or a Seasonic S12II-430. Or a XFX unit (anything but XT series)
- I'd try to get an i3-6100 + H110/B150 board instead. much better performance.
- why would you need a seperate sound card? If you're not running high end equipment (for which you'd want an external AMP anyway) there's no reason for a DAC.

I included an ssd and that makes it over your budget, otherwise it fits you budget perfectly. ALso a better wifi adapter for slightly more as you will not be satisfied with the performance of the usb one.

Thanks for the help, and i was just wondering about an OS. Should i buy a new one, or am i able to transfer it from my old pc?

If you have a retail version of the OS then you can just reinstall it on the new pc. If you have an OEM licence (If you bought your previous computer as is it may have such a licence). I reccomend you to get a ssd for the OS as that will improve your experience with the new system significantly.
