How To Someone knows my ip adress

A person knows my ip adress and keep booting me offline every now and then. Is there a way for me to fix that so he can stop booting me offline all the time? Id love some help because im really afraid right now

It's not that difficult to find out, resetting your router might get the ISP to issue another IP address, most normal home broadband packages have dynamic IP addresses that are reassigned every so often.

So I should restart my router and then it hopefully could be fixed?

Go here: https://www.whatismypublicip.com/ and it'll tell you your IP address, it's unique to you, no-one else can see your result. When rebooting the router it should change it.
