[SOLVED] Someone taking control of my computer

My computer is getting a scam message that says Microsoft is locked down and they claim to be a security company. How do I clear this?

First thing I would do is try and enter safe mode without networking to try and do a system restore to a time before you got this virus and if succeeded do the same again entering safe mode to use virus removal programs and spyware. Hopefully by this time it has all been removed and do what Supahos mentioned googling your virus/scam to ensure all is removed from your computer.
