Something automatically opens google chrome tabs

Hello!
I am experiencing some sort of virus that opens chrome up and opens a new tab when it's open all automatically. It directs me to:
http://orion.zerohorizon.net, and http://promote.buy-targeted-traffic.com/btt_1.html

No anti virus is picking it up, and a reinstall of chrome hasn't done the trick. Furthermore, I have cleared out all the files that I no longer need and have uninstalled all the programs that were no longer needed, so now the only programs that exist are ones that I am certian are not causing the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Try a boot scan using avast then use malware bytes to remove what's left.
