Something better than i5 4570?

Hi. I have an Asus H81M-K mobo with an i5 4570. I need something better without changing the mobo and the rams...Any ideas or suggestions?

i7-4770/4790/k should be better. The 4790k should give you max performance among them.

I have an i7 4790 and it can achieve any modern title at 60 fps without even reaching 100% usage. You can get them cheap now considering that they're almost 4 years old now. I picked mine up for $180 on ebay.
