Question Something broke off...

Okay so me and my dad were working on installing my new cpu fan and I found out something is loose that wasn’t before. That little grey blocky thing is loose but not fully detached. Anyone know if this is a big deal or is it nothing and normal

It's VRM (Voltage Regulator Module) cooler , as they are mostly mounted on a heat transfer pad and not TIM paste, there should be no problem if it's back in it's place.
