[SOLVED] Something disconnects and reconnects in the background.

So I've been dealing with this problem for about 3 months now and all the Youtube/Other Tutorials weren't working aswell. This problem affects my gameplay with it giving me dropped frames, and stopping my recording softwares.

I've tried the following methods.

The power option suspend setting
Reinstalling every USB HUB in my hardware
Plugging all the USB Cables in a different port.

Do you have any recommendations of any Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware softwares that I can use to scan on this?

i did use avast free it have a module that scan before system load up and for the other i use malwarebytes free .
