Something doesn't seem right

I have been Loki g into building a lower cost productivity/ moderate gaming rig around this $40 CPU. https://m.aliexpress.com/s/item/32703084091.html I have seen that it is socket 2011v3. I am hoping to not spend $150+ on a mobo since that is over triple the CPU cost. I have read people comparing CPU sockets as if they are an option for cpus. Can one really use a different socket like lga1356? The differences that I read were just talking about pci and memory lanes. I don't plan on quad channel memory or sli. Am I stuck with x99, x79, and lga2011 server chipsets if I buy it?
