Hi, I do not know much English and I will use google translate.

I have a question about a pc that I configured almost two years ago.
When configuring for example the bf4 in ultra or high, I have a very variable fps and wanted to know what is failing.I appeal to you because I believe it is where I will be best advised.

I put the components:

Intel Core i5-4460 3.2Ghz Box

Raijintek Themis CPU Cooler Negro

Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X OC 3GB GDDR5

Samsung 850 Evo SSD Series 120GB SATA3 (I have a hdd about 5 years ago to store)

G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB 2x4GB CL7

Asus H97-PRO Gamer

Corsair VS650 650W VS Series 80 Plus

thanks for your help

If this does not go in this section, please let me know

I do not see power compared to inferior computers of other people.

What problem does the power supply have and which do you advise me?

Not all power supplies are made equally. The VS unit in particular has very poor quality capacitors and subpar voltage regulation.

You would be better served by (Ideally) at least a Corsair CX550M. Newer tech, better quality, best budget PSU I have seen for some time. If that isn't sold near you, Seasonic SSR-550RM would be my next best choice?

Multi player, 1920x1080, med-high settings.

With what program do I measure the temperature?

My guess is that your graphics card isn't quite powerful enough for the settings you are trying to run. After looking at some reviews of it, it probably struggles a little trying to run bf4 at high/ultra settings.
