Question Something going on with my monitor after a windows update

Hi guys! just checking. i just updated my windows and suddenly my second monitor keeps showing no signal.

i tried changing cables and the cable seems fine.

i tried reinstalling my gpu and drivers as well.

it only works when i use my hdmi.


can someone help?

Which exact monitor do you have? And you're trying to use DP on it I assume and it's not working. Correct?

Yes. All along it was using DP. after a windows update, it suddenly stopped working. only the HDMI is working

Any updates or things i could try. its really weird that its working perfectly fine for HDMI but not for DP
