Something is limiting my download speed

i have got a connection with download speed of 30mb/s and upload of 3mb/s everything was right yesterday,yesterday it started.
Soo i turn of popcorn time to watch something and when i start downloading it...my speed builds up very slowly and maximum is 500 kb/s from what i see,i cant download things and all that stuff now.b it loads 4k video very easy but it wont grow speed when downloading something.
Another this i saw minut ago is that i started downloading some movie and my download speed went up to 2 mb/s then i though my internet is back to normal and started downloading my favourite tv show..but it my download speed cant grow up again...i really dont know what is causing this but its pissing me off.any help would be apriciated

im downloading from popcorn time(it is the site with films and tv shows that you download from torrent) but my internet download speed cant build up when i try to download on torrent too
