something is maybe unplugged

Last night i moved my wires around on my power supply and now it loads to windows and all i get is a black screen with the cursor

I wouldn't say unplugged. Replug the display cable and try again, although this could just be your window's issue. Was there any updates/force shutdowns prior to moving the computer?
