Solution
Most times if it's to good to be true you know the rest.

Example their return policy.

2. RETURNS

2.1 If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:
(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

So 30 days to get it back to them after they ship it and if you open it you bought it.

I stumbled across this site with suspiciously inexpensive CPU prices. I'll post the link here if that is acceptable. Type i5 or i9 in the search bar and please comment. They have AMD processors also.

I looked up the number and the phone number is in Singapore. I might call him and have a little fun with him. I love to play with scammers. I want an item he is listing really bad but we know it is a scam. I am disappointed but like said it was to good to be true.
