Something is not right, low fps in some games.

gpu 660ti 3gb
pcu amd fx-8350 8-Core 4.0GHz
psu coolermasters 850w fully modular
ram Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB
mobo ASRock 970 EXTREME4

I get like 20 fps on planetside 2 on med settings, Chivalry deadliest warrior is choppy at med settings. EQ next landmark is unplayable I walk around at 5-20 fps and drop to 1-5 when mining.

Was looking around and didn't realize this but could it be because I'm running at 1360x768? playing on a plasma toshiba tv/monitor

Trust me, it will. I got a big impact by overclocking mine, which means that the extra bandwidth of 2 sticks would help with calculations on next-gen games.

Go ahead. Play, minimize out, then quickly take a screenshot of the MSI Afterburner side panel. Double click it to detatch it and resize it so all of the data is visible.

His RAM using being that high could be it though if open the task manager and click show processes from all users, what is using the most RAM?

Your GPU isnt being fully utilized, something is going on in your RAM which is eating it all.

the opera browser I'm using is running 4 apps at over 100k, 3 at over 70k and 1 at 35k. but if I can't play games while my browser is open I want better ram anyway lol.
