Something is really wrong. Please help

I have a big problem guys. My computer froze on me and I hit the reset on my pc and now I can't run 3dmark or play games. I tried playing rise of the tomb raider and the game was really slow and laggy and would take forever to load up images. I thought it was the video card so I put my old GTX 970 in there and the same thing happens. Does anybody have any ideas!? I am using the z270 m7 msi board. It is also worth noting that there is a white led light that is lit up right under the card. Both of them. I can't read the QR codes because mine fell off the motherboard. Please help

I can run Prime95 still and have no issues so I don't think that it is the CPU. I switched the RAM into different slots on the motherboard and the white led white that was under the video cards is no longer there. However the games are still running very slow and jerky. Does anybody have any ideas as to what this could be?
