Something is wierd with my graphic card

this is my graphic card

and it says the memory clock is 3600 MHz


but when i check it on GPU-Z, it shows only 900 MHz

since that is GDDR5 memory
its base clock is 900
but its effective memory clock is 3600
since it is Quad Pumped
essentially 4 x 900 =3600
in most OCing software it will show as base clock
