Something is wrong with my laptop

i am using a 3 year old Hp Pavilion DV6

all of a sudden anything relating to video has started to lag . Its absolutely strange . i havent had a single problem with this laptop . i had given it to the service and they had formatted my Laptop and reinstalled and it worked for exact 1 week and its back to the usual lagging problem.
SPIDER SOLITAIRE LAGS , so imagine my condition !

what programs did you install between within that one weeks? what kind of websites do you go to? run any antivirus/antimalware software?

After i got it back from the hp service center ,
i had download skype and League of legends
i just use normal social networking sites and sometimes i watch movies or series online .
