Hello. Everybody I have problem with my PC. I recently built it. It has GTX 1060 an I7-6700 processor (non-k) 8gb of ram and 1tb HDD. The problem is that I have troubles playing a lot of games. I am not able to run Arma 3 smoothly on High and Watch Dogs 2 which is stuttering as hell when even playing on low. I need help. What can be causing this? I've watched a lot of tutorials on how to fix this but nothing is working. I scanned my PC for viruses but still no solution.

Edit: I saw something strange while I was playing Watch Dogs 2. The game was not frozen at all. I mean there was the saving icon which was pretty smooth and sometimes I was seeing the textures and the shadows appearing in front of me.

Screen resolution ? Any background programs ? Uninstall your antivirus, it takes a lot of CPU power and RAM for nothing. What hard drive are you using ? (SATA III or II ?)

CPU Cooling: Stock one fan. Well yes. Stock thermal compound. My CPU was keeping max 52 Celsius even when the game was freezing.

Check your CPU/GPU usage and while in-game.
