GPU - gtx 970 zotac
CPU- i7 4790 not (k)

Where is the problem maybe because its summer ? or ?

Idle temperatures are meaningless, check the temps when on stress test.

As long as the CPU is under 80C when on 100% load your fine.
As long as the GPU is under 85C when on 100% load your fine.

Ambient temperature means what is your room temperature.
A decent cooler should be about 10-15c. higher than ambient at idle.
If it is much higher, it indicates a poor cooler install that might have come loose.

Your temperatures, by itself are not worrisome.
The cpu and gpu are built to tolerate temperatures perhaps as high as 100c before shutting down to prevent damage.
